Recently finished, this Guarneri model violin is inspired by the famous 'Plowden' del Gesu. The violin has a two-piece back made of nicely flamed Swiss maple with a top made of fine grained Italian spruce. The violin is varnished with a homemade oil varnish and is outfitted with premium ebony fittings, including ebony Perfection Pegs. Very comfortable to play due to its slightly smaller size, this violin doesn't comprise on projection and has a warm, resonant tone.
